Heart Beat Rate and Fitness Check-up applications was developed by BIO2IMAGING. (“Bio2”).

 

Use of the Heart Beat Rate and Fitness Check-up apps and related services imply acceptance of the following general terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Acceptance and availability of the User Terms and Conditions

By accepting the terms outlined in this document, you declare:

A) That you are of legal age and are authorized to contract and/or register account or install application, including mobile app. If you are a minor, you must obtain authorization from your parents or legal guardian, holding BIO2IMAGING harmless from any responsibility ensuing as a result of the user not complying with this condition.

B) That you have read and accept the present User Terms and Conditions. These general terms and conditions regulate the use of the services that the company BIO2IMAGING, Business Registration No. 52275415900013, 75 rue Ampere, 38000 Grenoble, France (hereinafter "BIO2IMAGING" or “Bio2”), offers the users of BIO2IMAGING branded sites, social games and related services, which include applications for mobile devices.

The use of the Services confers the condition of user (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies acceptance of the User Terms and Conditions as published by BIO2IMAGING in their most recent version on the Website at the time that the User accesses said Website. This document may be printed and stored by the Users.

BIO2IMAGING reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Services, as well as the conditions required for their use. By modifying the User Terms and Conditions presented on the Website www.bio2imaging.com, it is understood that said duty to provide notification has been satisfied.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These general terms and conditions are governed by France law. By virtue of accepting the general terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclaimer, the user expressly waives any jurisdiction to which he or she may otherwise be entitled by application of the current France Code of Civil Procedure.

 

Use of the services

Our Facebook apps are developed for the sharing inside our mobile apps only.

 

Privacy and personal data protection

Bio2 does not collect any other personal information besides your Facebook ID. Bio2 also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Bio2. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Bio2 only to provide general statistics regarding use of the family of Bio2 Applications.

Bio2 don’t uses any personal information about your health and fitness data.

 

Nullity and unenforceability of the Clauses

If any clause included in these General Terms and Conditions should be declared null or unenforceable, whether entirely or partially, said nullity or unenforceability shall only affect that provision or the part of it that is deemed null or unenforceable, with the General Terms and Conditions prevailing in all other matters, and said provision or part of it that has been affected shall be considered to have been removed.
